These terms of use and general conditions of sale (hereinafter the "Terms") apply exclusively between any user of the online sales site

REPRESENTE SRL is represented by Mataro Advice, whose registered office is 107 Avenue du Roi, 1190 Brussels, Belgium, registered under number BE0812 335 408.

The Customer undertakes to read these terms and conditions carefully before using the site. Placing an order on the site implies the Customer's full and unreserved acceptance to these terms and conditions, which he acknowledges having read.

Privacy Policy
Our privacy policy provides information about how we protect and respect your privacy. We explain what personal data we collect and why, how we use it and how we protect it. When you interact with our website, we collect your personal data. Some of this information is provided by you and some is collected automatically when you interact with our website.

Collection of personal data

Subject to validation by an “opt-in” of the Customer, personal information (personal data, e-mail address, gender, etc.…) can also be used by REPRESENTE SRL and/or its partners for marketing purposes like the sending of newsletters or requests.

Purpose and use of cookies
By using the website, the visitor agrees to the use of cookies. Cookies help us to optimise your visit to the website and to provide you with an optimal user experience. However, you are free to delete or restrict cookies at any time by changing your browser settings. We also collect non-personal information about the visitor, even if they do not make a purchase. This information may be used to send the visitor relevant advertisements.

Conformity or defectiveness of products - warranties 
Should a Product delivered by the Company be defective or not conform to the order, the Customer may notify the Company of this by e-mail (sav.dtoc@sna-gz.com) giving details of the non-conformity of the Product to its order, or the defects found in it, within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days from the date of delivery of the said Product, accompanied by proof of purchase (purchase order or invoice).

At the Customer's discretion, the Company will either 
- refund the price of the Product (plus shipping and return costs)
- or, if possible, exchange of the Product;  subject to stock availability
It is the Customer's responsibility to specify this choice in the aforementioned letter. Failing this, the Company will proceed with a refund.

The present warranty does not apply to defects caused by use of the Product by the Customer of the Product concerned, which does not conform to the normal use of this Product, nor to the the aforementioned conformity warranty after expiry of the aforementioned period. It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that the conditions for returning the Product to the Company will be carried out in conditions similar to those of the initial shipment, in order to to cover the risks of loss or deterioration of the Product, which are the Customer's sole responsibility.

The Products offered for sale comply with French legislation in force at the time of
date of the order. It is the responsibility of each Customer located outside French territory to to verify with the competent local authorities the possibilities of importing and using each of the Products they intend to order, as well as their conformity with the legislation in force in the country of delivery concerned. Consequently, the the Vendor cannot be held liable in any way for failure to comply with one or more Product(s) ordered with the local regulations of said country.

The stipulations of the preceding article in no way affect :
- on the one hand, the right of retraction enjoyed by each Customer in accordance with article L.121-20-12 of the French Consumer Code and described in article below,
- on the other hand, the benefit of the legal warranty against hidden defects provided to in accordance with the provisions of article 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code.

Right of withdrawal / Refund - Exchange
In accordance with current legislation, the Customer has a period of 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of the Product(s) to exercise his/her right of withdrawal to the the right of withdrawal provided for in article L. 221-18 of the French Consumer Code, without having to give without having to give reasons. In the event of an order for several products, the withdrawal period retraction period will begin upon receipt of the last product ordered.

In order to exercise its right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify its decision within the aforementioned period by e-mail to "sav.dtoc@sna-gz.com" , accompanied by proof of purchase (purchase order or invoice).

The Product(s) concerned must be returned by the Customer, at his or her own expense and within 14 (fourteen) days of exercising the right of withdrawal, to the postal address postal address where the Products were shipped, or to any other address indicated by the from his Customer Account by the Company.

In the event of withdrawal, the Product(s) must be returned to the Company in its/their packaging, in the case of CDs and/or DVDs and/or merchandising products, and in any case in their merchandising products, and in any event in their original condition (i.e. as new, allowing the enabling the Company to reoffer the Products for sale). Consequently, any product that has been opened or damaged will not be taken back or reimbursed by the Company.

In accordance with the aforementioned article L.221-28, audio and video recording media video recordings, once they have been unsealed, may not be the subject of a right of retraction right of withdrawal. In addition, Product(s) returned incomplete, damaged or soiled may not be be reimbursed in full (a discount may be applied to the reimbursement), nor may they be by the Company) or exchanged.

The reimbursement payable by the Company, in application of articles above as the case may be, will be made no later than 14 (fourteen) days following the date on the Customer has informed the Company of receipt of the defective and/or returned Product(s) and/or returned Product(s) by crediting the Customer's bank account used to pay for the corresponding corresponding order.

The refund will cover only the sale price of the Product(s) concerned Product(s) concerned, excluding initial and return shipping costs, which will in fact be borne by the Customer if the return of the Product(s) is subject to the right
- the right of withdrawal exercised by the Customer.
- a request for product exchange previously confirmed by the Company

Late or missing refunds: If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially released. Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before the refund is issued. If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us through the "? Help" on the bottom right corner of our website.
